This Lladro matte porcelain Ocean's Little Mermaid is handmade in Spain, following a meticulous artisan process used for over six decades. A beautiful white matte porcelain mermaid, with long flowing hair, is perched upon a foam covered wave.  She is holding a single delicate coral colored flower.  Matching starfish adorn her tiara. Her tail features a grey pearlized finish.
